Location: Must be based in the U.S. (assigned territory includes Florida, Arkansas, Kentucky, Tennessee, South Carolina)

Salary: $81,400 - $232,700 (Base + Target Total Cash)

What you will do

  • Identify key decision makers and cultivate strategic relationships within hospitals and medical institutions.
  • Execute comprehensive Account Plans to expand presence within the assigned territory.

  • Manage accurate sales forecasting and maintain detailed account profiles in the CRM.
  • Collaborate across internal functions like Product Management and Marketing to support sales strategies.
  • Perform high-impact remote product demonstrations for potential clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of proven success in B2B technology solution sales within the healthcare industry.
  • Fluency in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% overnight.
  • Demonstrated expertise in consultative selling to navigate complex organizational structures.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
