What you will do

• Identify key contacts and decision makers within healthcare organizations and develop strong relationships.
• Create and implement account plans to drive new business opportunities and exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Product Management, Marketing, Operations, and Implementation.
• Provide accurate sales reporting and forecasting, maintaining CRM data.
• Promote and deliver product strategies and perform remote product demonstrations.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in healthcare technology solutions.
• Proven success in prospecting, closing new business, and quota achievement.
• Experience with consultative selling and managing complex sales with multiple decision makers.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and presentation skills with fluency in English.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulatory environment and ability to influence in matrixed organizations.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% overnight.
