What you will do
- Manage all assigned software subscription renewals ensuring timely and accurate execution
- Own contract processes including co-terming, upselling, and subscription renewals
- Collaborate with account executives, sales managers, legal, and finance teams to support renewals and customer satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with Finance and Sales Management regarding forecasting, pricing, and transactions
- Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with customers
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the United States
- Fluent Spanish speaker with excellent English communication skills
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in software or subscriptions
- Strong contract negotiation and organizational skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed renewal and sales quotas
- Ability to prioritize high-impact tasks effectively
