What you will do
- Own and develop a portfolio of SMB customers in Spain and Portugal, engaging key decision makers.
- Leverage deep understanding of customer business to maximize product usage and satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities through up-selling and cross-selling.
- Provide data-driven business reviews and presentations to senior stakeholders.
- Act as liaison between internal teams and customers to ensure smooth product roll-outs.
- Prioritize tasks effectively to maximize impact on business goals.
Requirements
- Native or near-native Spanish language skills and fluent English.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in account management or customer success.
- Background in SaaS or travel-tech industries preferred.
- Strong presentation, communication, prioritization, and data analysis skills.
- Result-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to build deep client relationships and solve problems effectively.
