What you will do
- Own a portfolio of SMB customers and develop high customer engagement within your accounts.
- Gain a deep understanding of customer businesses to maximize their usage of hirify.global products.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and growth within your portfolio.
- Leverage data analytics for regular business reviews, reports, and presentations to senior stakeholders.
- Become an expert on hirify.global products to meet and exceed quarterly up-selling and cross-selling targets.
- Develop strong client relationships and act as a key contact between internal teams for smooth product integrations.
Requirements
- Native or near-native level of Spanish.
- Fluent level of English.
- Minimum 2 years of account management or customer success experience.
- Background within a SaaS or travel-tech business is highly preferred.
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills, with the ability to build deep relationships.
- Great ability to analyze and translate data for customers, with a result-oriented mindset.
