What you will do

  • Own and develop a portfolio of SMB customers in Spain and Portugal, engaging key decision makers.
  • Leverage deep understanding of customer business to maximize product usage and satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities through up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Provide data-driven business reviews and presentations to senior stakeholders.
  • Act as liaison between internal teams and customers to ensure smooth product roll-outs.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively to maximize impact on business goals.

Requirements

  • Native or near-native Spanish language skills and fluent English.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in account management or customer success.
  • Background in SaaS or travel-tech industries preferred.
  • Strong presentation, communication, prioritization, and data analysis skills.
  • Result-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to build deep client relationships and solve problems effectively.
