TL;DR
Bilingual Account Manager (SaaS): Responsible for building long-term relationships and driving revenue growth and retention of the platform with an accent on proactive engagement and education of partners. Focus on analyzing reports, executing effective plans to upsell, and increasing revenue generation from existing accounts.
Location: San Diego, CA, must be based in the United States
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 a year

What you will do
- Collaboration - Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless partner experience.
- Accountability - Meet Key Performance Indicators on monetization, revenue growth, and retention by proactively engaging with and educating our Partners on the value of the platform.
- Execution - Analyze reports and execute effective plans to upsell and increase revenue generation from existing accounts.
- Building - Ensure strong Partner Experience by building meaningful relationships by attending face-to-face and video meetings with your accounts.
- Engaging - Administer a consistent contact strategy across your Portfolio to keep Partners engaged and reduce churn.
Requirements
- Bi-lingual - Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Minimum 2 years of solid Account Management with a track record of success in revenue growth.
- 2+ years taking an account from onboarding to long term revenue generation.
- 2+ years of experience closing sales and generating incremental revenue into SMB.
- Must be a team player and happy to assist the team whenever required.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with selling multiple products at a time
- Experience with a CRM, we use Hubspot
