What you will do
- Interface with key client stakeholders to shape their CCaaS transformation program.
- Identify and address business problems through assessment with stakeholders in CX, EX, Digital, AI, and Contact Centre Operations teams.
- Analyse current business operations and lead workshops to implement improvements that leverage the latest innovation.
- Collaborate with customer teams to analyse requirements and prioritize them on a transformational roadmap.
- Support stakeholders to develop change management plans, including communications, training, and adoption strategies.
- Contribute to the development of standardized CX Advisory offerings for use across the team.
Requirements
- Demonstrated excellence in customer-facing engagements, including leading workshops and delivering presentations.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage confidently across both business and technical audiences.
- Proven consulting experience in CX, EX, Digital, AI, and Contact Centre Operations.
- Familiarity with recognized change management frameworks.
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Fluency in English is essential.
