Technical Product Manager (AI)

TL;DR

Technical Product Manager (AI): Own consumer-facing AI products end-to-end from opportunity identification to implementation and impact measurement with an accent on embedding LLMs, agents, and modern AI tooling across discovery, recommendations, conversion, retention, and support. Focus on building prototypes, running experiments, defining metrics, and iterating rapidly to delight users and achieve business goals.

Location: Madrid, 2 days per week at the office

What you will do

• Own end-to-end consumer-facing AI products: identify opportunities, design experiences, ship implementations, measure impact.
• Embed AI natively across consumer flows using LLMs, agents, and modern tooling.
• Build prototypes and production-ready experiences yourself when needed with AI coding tools.
• Define metrics, run A/B tests and AI evals, iterate on product and model performance.
• Collaborate with Design, Growth, Tech teams; translate opportunities into prioritized bets.
• Shape AI vision and strategy for consumer product through shipped work.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Engineering, Computer Science or related
• 3+ years building consumer-facing digital products end-to-end (builder, founder, full-stack PM, product engineer)
• Hands-on experience integrating AI/LLMs into production products
• Strong technical fluency: system architecture, AI tools, APIs, engineering discussions
• Quantitative skills for data-driven product decisions
• Proficiency in English
• High ownership in fast-paced, ambiguous environment

• Modern AI stack: LLM APIs, prompt engineering, RAG, evals, agentic workflows, AI coding tools
• AI feature evaluations, model quality/cost/latency trade-offs
• Tech startup background or solo/small team shipping
• Strong product taste, design sensitivity, A/B testing, strategic sense
