What you will do

• Deliver partner training sessions on platform features, VoiceBot, ERA, and API integrations.
• Manage and optimize the partner academy by updating content, creating learning materials, and maintaining training paths.
• Develop setup guides, implementation playbooks, FAQs, and a scalable knowledge base for partner self-service.
• Support partner onboarding, demos, and selected pre-sales activities.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Solutions Consultants to improve enablement content and readiness.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in Partner Enablement, Customer Success, Pre-Sales, Implementation, or Technical Training.
• Relevant experience in API integrations, solution implementation, or technical onboarding.
• Professional working proficiency in English, and German and/or French (required).
• Experience creating training content, SOPs, and technical documentation.
• Good understanding of SaaS platforms, AI tools, and automation.
