hirify.global is a fast-growing startup specializing in Generative AI and SaaS platforms for conversational AI in customer service, with offices in Berlin, Munich, and New York.

What you will do

  • Pioneer hirify.global’s market entry in Southern Europe by identifying and engaging enterprise prospects.
  • Generate and own an outbound sales pipeline using data-driven outreach strategies.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to build scalable revenue processes.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships positioning hirify.global as a trusted AI partner.
  • Act as the voice of the Southern Europe market internally to shape regional strategy.
  • Continuously refine messaging and outreach based on market feedback and dynamics.

Requirements

  • Location: Role based in London with Berlin office presence
  • 2+ years relevant experience in SaaS, VC, or consulting.
  • Fluency in Polish or Turkish and English.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-performance, fast-growth environment.
