TL;DR

Product Marketing Manager (Marketing): Develop and scale hirify.global's go-to-market execution across Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships with an accent on competitive intelligence, solutions marketing, and customer insights. Focus on building competitive intel motions, voice of customer loops, sales enablement, and sharpening integration messaging.

Location: San Francisco, CA, USA with hybrid work model (office presence required Tuesday to Thursday)

Salary: $150,000–$172,000 USD

What you will do

  • Establish and maintain an always-on competitive intelligence process with regular updates to battlecards and talk tracks.
  • Build and manage win/loss and voice of customer feedback loops to improve messaging, sales processes, and product strategy.
  • Create and deliver internal sales enablement trainings and represent hirify.global externally at webinars and trade shows.
  • Maintain and scale core go-to-market assets aligned with strategic narratives.
  • Serve as a vertical and persona subject matter expert to support Growth and Sales teams.
  • Partner with Solutions Engineering to produce demo videos and reusable partner-ready assets.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in or near San Francisco with hybrid work in office Tuesday to Thursday
  • Experience in competitive positioning and product marketing.
  • Strong communication skills to simplify complex products into credible stories.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams.
  • Good judgment on prioritization and iteration of marketing assets.

Nice to have

  • Experience with win/loss or voice of customer analysis.
  • Experience in vertical marketing, ecosystem/integrations, or technical content creation.
