Location: Hybrid in New York City, US, with mandatory office attendance on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Salary: $68,000–$129,000

hirify.global is a leading software platform providing digital media measurement, data, and analytics to help brands and publishers optimize digital advertising.

What you will do

  • Lead global marketing initiatives for the Supply Side business and support select buy-side priorities.
  • Develop and execute integrated global campaigns, including email and Account-Based Marketing.
  • Partner with Publisher Suite Product teams to shape product positioning, refine messaging, and support go-to-market.
  • Create high-impact sales and thought leadership assets like case studies, pitch decks, and industry content.
  • Provide strategic pitch support, delivering tailored RFI/RFP responses and presentations.
  • Collaborate with Commercial teams to build narratives and decks aligned to regional publisher needs.

Requirements

  • Approximately 7+ years of experience in marketing or communications.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience with communications and/or field marketing for a tech company, preferably in a startup, media, tech, or advertising environment.
  • Particular experience and knowledge of the publisher/sell-side of the digital advertising ecosystem is highly desired.
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales/Commercial/Account Management and cross-functional Product teams.
  • Deep understanding of the online digital marketing ecosystem and landscape, with preference for deep ad tech knowledge.
  • Must be based in New York City and available for hybrid office work Tuesday-Thursday.
