What you will do

  • Own the entire sales cycle from identifying targets to post-win deployment and member satisfaction.
  • Prepare and respond to public sector calls for tenders (RfPs) including written and oral presentations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of sales playbook and RfP response processes.
  • Provide market insights and collaborate with Product and Operations teams to tailor offerings.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and support sales tracking in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Based in or willing to relocate to Belgium.
  • Full working proficiency in Dutch (C2+) and advanced English (C1).
  • Experience leading change management initiatives in public sector contexts.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and willingness for face-to-face onsite interactions.
  • Understanding of Belgian public sector structure, procurement, and stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in French.
  • Experience with RfPs and project management.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
  • Adaptability and resilience in public sector sales cycles.
