Enterprise Account Executive (Inbound/Outbound) (Europe| Belarus)
3-4,000 EUR gross fixed rate + 9,000 OTE bonuses
We are a leader in delivering our own products in North America, UK/EU, Australia and New Zealand, South Africa, Singapore, and Malaysia. Our product consistently ranks high in the enterprise segment and is among the top three solutions in its B2B segment.
We're expanding our sales team by recruiting specialists in short-term SaaS sales (from 7 days to 2 months). We're looking for someone prepared for a two-week onboarding and sales in the first month. You are a proactive person who strives to get ahead of the competition. Priority will be given to candidates with sales experience in European locations, but not in Latam, and experience in the US.
Responsibilities:
- Creating, managing, and converting your databases
- Find new clients using LinkedIn, LemList, and other tools.
- Customer engagement, updating, and re-engaging leads in your CRM. Close new deals online through remote demos of inbound and outbound leads
- Qualify new inbound and outbound leads using phone calls, email, LinkedIn, and Lusha tools
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue/quota targets by managing and executing the sales process
- Track all sales in the corporate CRM system and maintain current status by regularly updating account information.
- Identify new sales opportunities through networking and convert them into long-term partnerships.
- Provide professional after-sales support to reduce customer loyalty
- Maintain ongoing contact with clients in your area of responsibility to understand their sentiment
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain the company's reputation
Qualifications:
- Experience closing deals with clients valued between $5,000 and $100,000 per year.
- More than 4 years of direct sales experience, achieving sales targets.
- More than 4 years of experience in customer relationship management or inside sales in the SaaS or software industry.
- Experience with market research, sales, and behavioral analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Office; Knowledge of a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce/Hubspot or similar).
- Experience conducting online presentations (Zoom, Google Hangouts, etc.).
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Proven experience planning, developing, and implementing new business projects using cutting-edge technologies.
- English proficiency level: C1.
