Senior Product Manager (Marketplace): Leading a high-stakes platform transition for partner portals and consumer booking flows with an accent on technical complexity and business impact. Location: Must be based in or able to commute to San Francisco, CA for a hybrid schedule (2 days/week in-office).
Salary: $130,000–$160,000

What you will do
- Lead discovery, scoping, and delivery of multi-workstream migration programs for partner and consumer platforms.
- Define and evolve the product roadmap while collaborating closely with engineering teams.
- Drive clarity on authentication, payments, and feature integration to protect revenue and timelines.
- Serve as the primary bridge between engineering, commercial, and external partners.
- Build durable, production-quality solutions within a fast-moving, constrained environment.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in product management with a proven track record of launching products from 0 to 1.
- Must be able to work in the San Francisco office 2 days per week.
- Strong user empathy and expertise in complex data analysis.
- Proven ability to drive alignment across engineering, operations, and business teams.
- Strong business acumen and systemic thinking for strategic decision-making.
- BA/BS degree.
Nice to have
- Experience with integration, partner portals, or API-layer work.
- Experience operating within a two-sided marketplace.
- Experience running small and large-scale A/B testing.
