TL;DR

Monetization Growth Product Manager: Own and scale monetization experiences for a leading education consumer product with an accent on user-centric revenue strategies and subscription optimization. Location: Remote with significant overlap with Americas time zones, based in the US (San Francisco preferred)

Salary: $188,000 - $269,000 (USD, depending on US state)

What you will do

  • Own and grow the consumer revenue engine aligned with user value and business goals.
  • Design and scale monetization experiences including subscription, pricing, bundling, and conversion flows.
  • Collaborate closely with design, engineering, data, and marketing teams to craft and iterate on experiments.
  • Use research, behavioral insights, and data to shape product strategy and execution.
  • Operate with high autonomy and partner with leadership to define long-term monetization strategy.

Requirements

  • Must have 5+ years of growth product management experience with consumer products, including at least one with over 1M users.
  • Deep monetization experience driving revenue growth through user-centric strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use qualitative and quantitative data to validate hypotheses.
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work remotely with significant overlap with Americas time zones.

Nice to have

  • Experience with social or marketplace products monetization.
  • Background in both early-stage and growth-stage product development.
  • Experience in international market growth.
  • Coaching or mentoring other product managers.
  • Familiarity with pricing, payments infrastructure, or revenue optimization techniques.
