Salary: $188,000 - $269,000 (USD, depending on US state)

What you will do
- Own and grow the consumer revenue engine aligned with user value and business goals.
- Design and scale monetization experiences including subscription, pricing, bundling, and conversion flows.
- Collaborate closely with design, engineering, data, and marketing teams to craft and iterate on experiments.
- Use research, behavioral insights, and data to shape product strategy and execution.
- Operate with high autonomy and partner with leadership to define long-term monetization strategy.
Requirements
- Must have 5+ years of growth product management experience with consumer products, including at least one with over 1M users.
- Deep monetization experience driving revenue growth through user-centric strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use qualitative and quantitative data to validate hypotheses.
- Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
- Willingness to work remotely with significant overlap with Americas time zones.
Nice to have
- Experience with social or marketplace products monetization.
- Background in both early-stage and growth-stage product development.
- Experience in international market growth.
- Coaching or mentoring other product managers.
- Familiarity with pricing, payments infrastructure, or revenue optimization techniques.
