What you will do
- Generate appointments through proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management.
- Collaborate with marketing to identify opportunities from leads and set appointments.
- Utilize strong selling and influencing skills to secure qualified appointments.
- Provide high-level introductions to the hirify.global Database.
- Log, track, and maintain outbound activity.
- Work closely with Sales Directors and attend customer meetings as required.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in prospecting roles and a university degree from an accredited institution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Strong in-person, phone, and written customer communication skills.
- Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Understanding of workflow systems and their application to customer business process improvement.
- Strong PC skills required; knowledge of Salesforce.com a plus.
