What you will do

• Proactively promote financial services to existing customers and drive adoption of Lightspeed Capital
• Build trusted advisor relationships and identify financial service opportunities within assigned merchant book
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize business growth
• Achieve sales targets through exceptional advice and coordination with regional leadership
• Use effective business development and relationship management techniques to exceed sales goals
• Provide regular feedback to business leaders and understand risk communication with merchants

Requirements

• Experience in sales, preferably financial services, with a track record of high performance
• Understanding of consultative sales in a SaaS environment
• Proficiency with Salesforce.com and pipeline management technologies
• Strong interpersonal skills for building internal and external partnerships
• Ability to collaborate closely with adjacent teams
• Location: Must be based in Sydney or able to work from the Sydney office in Redfern, NSW
