What you will do
- Own visual execution of CRM communications ensuring clarity, consistency, and brand integrity.
- Design and evolve App Store marketing assets including Custom Product Pages and In-App Events.
- Translate product updates and lifecycle moments into compelling visual narratives.
- Build and maintain modular templates, design libraries, and scalable systems to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with copywriters and marketing teams to support launches and recurring campaigns.
- Iterate on creative based on engagement and conversion insights.
Requirements
- Experience owning recurring marketing or product-facing surfaces with consistent brand maintenance.
- Proficiency in Figma and building scalable design systems and component libraries.
- Ability to translate product features into clear, engaging visual storytelling.
- Comfortable partnering cross-functionally with growth, product, or marketing teams.
- Fully remote work environment with no location restrictions.
Nice to have
- Experience designing for CRM platforms, lifecycle marketing, or retention campaigns (Braze experience a plus).
- Experience with App Store creative and platform-specific constraints.
- Interest in the intersection of sexuality, relationships, and technology.
