What you will do

• Identify, document, and maintain key data domains and assets.
• Establish clear ownership and accountability for data across teams.
• Maintain core governance tools like the data catalog and business glossary.
• Lead data governance training sessions and facilitate governance forums.
• Implement and enforce data governance policies across the data lifecycle.
• Guide and develop the team, ensuring strong collaboration.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, IT, or a related field, with 4+ years in data governance or related roles.
• Experience leading high-performing teams and driving results.
• Experience in shaping data governance strategy and hands-on experience with enterprise tools.
• Solid knowledge of governance principles and management of core artefacts.
• Comfortable with modern data platforms, architectures, and analytical flows.
• English is essential, and German is a plus.
