What you will do

• Apply statistical knowledge and data mining to research and maintain Anti-Fraud system effectiveness.
• Develop and implement KPIs and tracking mechanisms for fraud indicators and business metrics.
• Detect patterns and trends to provide actionable recommendations for business improvement.
• Collaborate closely with business and technical teams to support Anti-Fraud analysis goals.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulations.
• Share knowledge and learn within a high-performing technical data team.

Requirements

• Must be located in or willing to relocate to Hamburg, Germany.
• 2+ years experience as a Data Analyst and 1+ years in Fraud Detection.
• Strong SQL skills including CTEs, joins, window functions, and big data query optimization.
• Proficient in Python with libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and visualization tools.
• Experience with Anomaly Detection algorithms and live demonstration of SQL and Python skills.
• Knowledge of data security and compliance standards.

Nice to have

• Experience with Fraud Detection systems and AdTech or Mobile App analytics.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, QuickSight, Streamlit, or SuperSet.
• Experience with S3, Airflow, boto3, dbt, or similar tools.
