TL;DR

Head of Southern Europe, Enterprise (SaaS): Leading and growing the Southern Europe business across France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, and Israel with an accent on high-value enterprise deals and team leadership. Focus on building a high-performing AE team, executing GTM strategies, and managing relationships with C-suite and technical decision-makers.

Location: Must be based in London, Paris, Milan, or Madrid. Hybrid for those near offices (Mon, Tue, Fri anchor days), otherwise fully remote.

What you will do

  • Own Southern Europe enterprise revenue, including pipeline generation, forecasting, and attainment.
  • Lead, coach, and grow a team of Enterprise AEs focusing on complex, high-value deals.
  • Actively participate in key customer and prospect meetings to close strategic deals.
  • Build C-suite and VP-level relationships at priority enterprise accounts.
  • Develop and execute territory GTM strategies in partnership with Marketing and Solutions Engineering.
  • Recruit top enterprise sales talent and foster a culture of accountability and curiosity.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience in a SaaS or technical software environment.
  • Proven track record of developing high-performing enterprise AEs.
  • Deep familiarity with the Southern Europe enterprise landscape.
  • Experience selling to engineering, DevOps, or IT leadership.
  • Must be based in London, Paris, Milan, or Madrid.
  • Strong understanding of complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with developer tooling, frontend infrastructure, or cloud platforms.
  • Knowledge of hirify.global, Next.js, or the modern web development ecosystem.
