Account Manager (Migrations)

Location: Remote in all Spain or hybrid in Madrid.

What you will do

• Lead commercial discussions with customers regarding their migration from on-premise systems to hirify.global's cloud infrastructure.
• Handle customer inquiries, including questions about invoices, price adjustments, license extensions, and cloud migration.
• Actively approach existing customers to migrate to the new price model.
• Support the Account Manager - Cross Sell in closing new deals by tracking open opportunities.
• Maintain and update CRM data to ensure accurate information.

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in business administration or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of practical experience in account management.
• High level of software affinity and ability to quickly learn new technologies.
• Strong service orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Native-level German and business fluent English language skills.
