What you will do

• Coach and lead a team of Outbound Field Account Executives to deliver a customer-first sales experience
• Support prospecting, walk-ins, and live demos in the field
• Use Salesforce for forecasting, reporting, and analyzing sales metrics
• Drive new business targets and expand customer base in Scotland
• Hire and build the field sales team
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, account management, and implementation teams

Requirements

• Must be based in Glasgow or Edinburgh, United Kingdom
• Experience leading and coaching a full cycle sales team
• Proficiency with Salesforce for reporting and forecasting
• Outbound sales experience required
• Experience in SaaS, hospitality, or restaurant industries is a plus
