What you will do
- Coach and lead a team of Outbound Field Account Executives to deliver a customer-first sales experience
- Support prospecting, walk-ins, live demos, and sales forecasting using Salesforce
- Drive new business targets and expand customer base within assigned territories
- Spend time in the field empowering the team through direct engagement and outreach
- Partner cross-functionally with product, account management, and implementation teams
- Recruit and build the field sales team to meet growing demand
Requirements
- Must be based in Glasgow or Edinburgh, United Kingdom
- Experience hiring, leading, and coaching field sales teams
- Proven management of full sales cycles from prospecting to closing
- Proficiency with Salesforce for reporting and forecasting
- Outbound sales experience and passion for fieldwork
- Experience in SaaS, hospitality, or restaurant industries is a plus
