What you will do
- Partner with Account Executives to scope, design, and validate technical solutions addressing customer needs.
- Support sales teams by identifying technical risks and ensuring smooth deal progression and handover.
- Collaborate with Strategic Account Managers to support customer retention and expansion.
- Provide technical guidance within GTM channels and support trade shows and industry events.
- Maintain expertise on competitive landscape and product integrations, supporting partner onboarding and RFP/RFI responses.
- Ensure alignment with Implementation and Professional Services teams for successful customer outcomes.
Requirements
- Experience in sales, solutions consulting, or customer-facing technical roles.
- Exposure to cloud-based SaaS technologies, preferably in hospitality or retail.
- Right to work in the country of application and based in London, Berlin, Ghent, or Paris.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
- Strong communication skills with technical and business audiences.
- Basic understanding or willingness to develop skills in APIs and integrations.
