Location: You will work remotely or from our office in King's Cross, London. Travelling within UK and to our head office in Germany is expected.

What you will do
- Advise potential B2B customers on the advantages of hirify.global software through qualified leads and outbound activities.
- Identify prospect needs and develop individual, customized solutions.
- Manage the entire sales process from the initial pitch to contract conclusion.
- Collaborate with Solution Engineers and the Professional Service team to provide optimal customer advice.
- Achieve forecasted sales targets and meet monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Present software solutions at specialist events and trade fairs, both offline and online.
Requirements
- Successfully completed studies in business administration or a comparable qualification.
- Proven track record in B2B SaaS/Software Sales.
- Experience presenting and negotiating with C-level executives.
- Fluent English skills and excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Used to working in a fast-paced, international environment with high personal responsibility and self-motivation.
- Sound knowledge of the UK market and an existing network of contacts in this region.
- Travelling within UK and to our head office in Germany is expected.

- Experience with Salesforce is an advantage.
