What you will do

• Drive profitable Natural Gas, Power & Clean Energy strategies with smart risk management.
• Optimise structured trading across futures, options, and swaps.
• Work with portfolio managers to execute client trades and improve EBITDA.
• Turn market research into actionable intelligence for sales teams and customers.
• Build relationships with clients and brokers while collaborating with traders and analysts.
• Help design automated processes and digital trading solutions.

Requirements

• Proven expertise managing customer positions and knowledge of OTC & Futures hedging and flow trading.
• Strong capability in pricing and structuring futures, forwards, swaps and options.
• Solid understanding of European Natural Gas & Power Markets.
• Exceptional commercial instinct.
• Self‑motivation and the ability to thrive in a fast‑moving environment.
• Clear, confident communication and polished presentations.

Nice to have

• Experience using machine learning in trading and proficiency in Python.
