What you will do
- Deliver structured onboarding for new Independent Sales Consultants (ISCs) covering products, pricing, tools, and the merchant onboarding process.
- Provide coaching and field support by shadowing ISCs, observing their approach, and giving practical feedback.
- Manage handovers from Recruitment, flagging concerns and providing feedback to improve intake over time, and own handovers to Sales by providing a clear picture of their competencies.
- Build connection within the new-joiner cohort through various means to foster a sense of community.
- Maintain operational discipline by keeping HubSpot accurate and up to date and surface insights on what's working and what isn't to improve the program.
Requirements
- Experience in SMB sales, account management, or a similar field-based commercial role.
- Experience coaching, training, or managing salespeople and a genuine interest in developing people.
- Strong organisation skills to support multiple ISCs at different stages.
- Comfortable with CRMs (HubSpot) and open to learning new systems.
- Willingness to travel for field coaching across the UK and regular team days in London.
