What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of TPIs and Energy Brokers, handling pricing requests and ensuring responsive service.
  • Issue tenders, negotiate commercial terms, and secure contracts aligned with company targets.
  • Build strong partnerships by attending meetings and representing hirify.global at industry events.
  • Gather and share market intelligence on trends and opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development of decarbonisation and Green Energy products.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to improve aftersales support and customer journey.

Requirements

  • Experience in the energy industry, especially B2B energy retail or TPI/Broker roles.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with confidence in stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to self-manage and prioritize in a fast-paced international environment.
  • Understanding of UK Gas & Power retail markets is highly valued.
  • Location: Must be based in the United Kingdom
  • English: B2 level or higher
