Sales Trainer

TL;DR

Sales Trainer: Activating new Independent Sales Consultants (ISCs) by providing them with the necessary skills, confidence, and habits to succeed in sales. Focus on delivering onboarding, coaching in the field, and ensuring ISCs develop competencies before handing them over to the Sales team.

Location: Remote. Willingness to travel for field coaching across the UK and regular team days in London.

What you will do

• Deliver structured onboarding for new ISCs covering hirify.global's products, pricing, tools, and the merchant onboarding process.
• Coach ISCs in the field to build confidence and develop sustainable selling habits.
• Manage handovers from Recruitment and to Sales, providing clear pictures of competencies and areas to watch.
• Build connection within the new-joiner cohort through WhatsApp groups and celebrating wins.
• Maintain accurate HubSpot records of ISC activity and progress.
• Surface insights on what's working and what isn't to improve the program.

Requirements

• Experience in SMB sales, account management, or a similar field-based commercial role.
• Experience coaching, training, or managing salespeople.
• Knowledge of the payments industry is preferred.
• A genuine interest in developing people.
• Strong organization skills to support multiple ISCs at different stages.
• Comfortable with CRMs (HubSpot) and open to learning new systems.
• Willingness to travel for field coaching across the UK and regular team days in London.
