What you will do
- Act as the primary contact for clients post-sales.
- Identify client needs and promote hirify.global Romania's services, providing tailored solutions.
- Visit clients according to established objectives and make qualified calls based on commercial targets.
- Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships and expand influence within each client.
- Ensure contract retention with existing clients and meet performance indicators.
- Analyze portfolio patterns to define upselling/cross-selling strategies.
Requirements
- University degree.
- English: Advanced level.
- B2B sales experience.
- Expertise in managing large companies.
- Knowledge of the Romanian corporate market and ability to identify risks and opportunities.
- Knowledge of modern sales forecasting techniques and understanding of KPIs.
- Availability to travel within the assigned counties: Bucuresti, Calarasi, Constanta, Ialomita, Ilfov, Teleorman, Tucea.
