What you will do
- Manage a large volume of daily inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn, qualifying them effectively.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing executives to design and execute outbound campaigns targeting vertical and geographical markets.
- Work with Sales Executives to prospect and close large enterprise deals.
- Educate and nurture early-phase prospects for future opportunities.
- Demonstrate knowledge of hirify.global DSS and the Big Data ecosystem to engage with data and business leaders across various industries.
- Analyze and report weekly activities to identify potential optimizations.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the United Kingdom.
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proven success in sales or business development in software/tech or startup environments.
- Organizational and project management skills with ability to handle pressure and high task volume.
- Highly analytical with a focus on tracking activities.
- French and German language skills are required.
