Location: Hybrid in Barcelona with 8 days per month in the office

What you will do

• Design and deliver revenue enablement programs and learning initiatives for Sales and Customer Success executives
• Apply modern instructional design principles and AI tools to create scalable learning experiences
• Coach sales and customer success teams on execution and opportunity management
• Support adoption of sales methodologies to improve deal progression and sales effectiveness
• Develop initiatives to strengthen renewal management, expansion strategies, and churn reduction
• Partner with leadership to identify performance gaps and implement targeted enablement solutions

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work hybrid in Barcelona with office presence 8 days per month
• 3 years experience in sales, customer success, or revenue enablement in a technology company
• Experience building or implementing revenue enablement or learning programs
• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and opportunity management
• Experience using AI tools for learning and enablement program design
• Strong English required
