What you will do
- Own lead nurture lifecycle from acquisition to sales-qualified conversations across email and other channels.
- Build and manage segmented email campaigns using lead source, firmographic data, behavioral signals, and intent triggers.
- Design audience logic and A/B tests to deliver timely messages in the buying journey.
- Support product onboarding flows to guide new users to activation milestones.
- Analyze lifecycle journey metrics and optimize campaigns based on data insights.
- Collaborate across marketing, product, and customer success teams to integrate lifecycle programs.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in San Francisco, CA for full-time onsite work
- 3–5 years experience in lifecycle marketing or relevant growth roles.
- Strong skills in audience segmentation, behavioral trigger logic, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, customer.io).
- Analytical mindset with ability to pull data, build reports, and optimize campaigns.
- Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments and collaborate cross-functionally.
