TL;DR

Lifecycle Marketing Manager (Marketing): Own and optimize the full lifecycle marketing strategy from lead acquisition to sales-qualified conversations with an accent on behavior-driven nurture journeys and segmentation. Focus on designing, executing, and analyzing multi-channel campaigns to accelerate leads through the funnel and improve pipeline quality.

Location: San Francisco, CA (Full Time On-Site)

Salary: $160,000–$180,000

What you will do

  • Own lead nurture lifecycle from acquisition to sales-qualified conversations across email and other channels.
  • Build and manage segmented email campaigns using lead source, firmographic data, behavioral signals, and intent triggers.
  • Design audience logic and A/B tests to deliver timely messages in the buying journey.
  • Support product onboarding flows to guide new users to activation milestones.
  • Analyze lifecycle journey metrics and optimize campaigns based on data insights.
  • Collaborate across marketing, product, and customer success teams to integrate lifecycle programs.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in San Francisco, CA for full-time onsite work
  • 3–5 years experience in lifecycle marketing or relevant growth roles.
  • Strong skills in audience segmentation, behavioral trigger logic, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, customer.io).
  • Analytical mindset with ability to pull data, build reports, and optimize campaigns.
  • Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments and collaborate cross-functionally.
