What you will do

  • Lead APAC Alliances and Channels team managing partner relationships across strategic tech partners, GSIs, RSIs, and resellers.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive regional partner strategies to support pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Serve as executive sponsor for key partnerships, driving joint business planning and alignment.
  • Oversee partner-led go-to-market initiatives including solution development, sales enablement, and demand generation.
  • Collaborate closely with regional sales leadership and global alliance teams to ensure alignment and operational consistency.
  • Monitor and optimize partner performance against KPIs and support contract and program governance.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Singapore or the APAC region.
  • 12+ years in strategic alliances, channels, or partner leadership in enterprise software or SaaS.
  • Proven success managing partnerships with GSIs, RSIs, and resell channels in APAC.
  • Experience leading and scaling teams in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
  • Strong executive presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
