Account Manager

TL;DR

Location: Remote from Philippines

Salary: Food Allowance of 1000PHP per month; Work from Home Allowance of 1000PHP per month; Health and wellness benefit of 7500PHP per year.

What you will do

• Act as a trusted Account Manager for customers exploring additional hirify.global offerings.
• Build strong relationships through trust, rapport, and active listening, with a focus on identifying upsell opportunities and driving account growth.
• Guide qualified customers through upgrade paths from basic platforms to more advanced solutions.
• Demonstrate hirify.global software solutions, including core point-of-sale (POS) products, modules, and upgrades.
• Drive expansion through reactive upsell from inbound sales opportunities and contribute to growing monthly recurring revenue.

Requirements

• Proven experience in account management, sales development, or a similar quota-carrying sales role.
• Understanding of solution-based, consultative sales in a SaaS environment.
• Previous experience using Salesforce and other tools to manage and organize sales pipelines.
• Clear and consistent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
