What you will do

• Translate customer needs into clear product requirements and prioritized roadmaps through close collaboration with engineering and design teams.
• Shape deep integration of AI model APIs with hirify.global Atlas platform including billing, analytics, and UI experiences.
• Partner with AI researchers and platform teams to align delivery priorities and inform strategic direction.
• Lead developer experience improvements across API design, SDKs, documentation, and onboarding flows.
• Engage with customers and conduct competitive analysis to identify adoption barriers and growth opportunities.
• Own the product roadmap for AI model APIs including embeddings, reranking, fine-tuning, and batch inference.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York or San Francisco (Hybrid work format)
• 2-4 years of product management experience with developer platforms, APIs, or AI/ML products.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical ideas and strong product storytelling.
• Proven ability to collaborate across engineering, design, GTM, and leadership in fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of APIs, SDKs, cloud services, and developer workflows.
• Data-driven decision making using metrics and experimentation.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts such as embeddings.

• Advanced academic or hands-on experience with AI/ML model training, deployment, and fine-tuning.
