What you will do

• Translate clinical requirements into product strategy and execution plans within product squads
• Ensure clinical integrity, safety, and evidence alignment in product design and decisions
• Identify and mitigate clinical risks early in the product lifecycle
• Serve as liaison between Product, Care Delivery, and Clinical Leadership to ensure feedback loops
• Drive alignment on clinical standards, guardrails, and scope
• Review AI-enabled experiences for clinical appropriateness and support risk governance

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Advanced clinical degree (PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, MD, or equivalent)
• 5+ years clinical experience in behavioral health or digital care delivery
• 3+ years partnering with product teams in health tech
• Strong familiarity with measurement-based care, clinical assessment frameworks, and digital mental health safety standards
• Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
