TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (Medtech): Driving the vision, roadmap, and design of next-generation home care agency management solutions with an accent on caregiver engagement and clinical billing workflows. Focus on cross-functional leadership, user research, and scaling complex B2B healthcare software products.

Location: Must be based in the Washington, DC Metro area (Hybrid expectation: ~2 days/week in office).

Salary: $130,000–$145,000/yr

What you will do

Define the vision, roadmap, and delivery of home care agency management software.
Lead cross-functional teams including product, design, and engineering partners.
Conduct market and user research to prioritize customer needs and feature development.
Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize product packaging, pricing, and adoption.
Analyze product performance metrics to provide insights for future strategic planning.
Facilitate workshops to solve tactical challenges and improve long-term service offerings.

Requirements

4-8 years of experience in product management, UI/UX, or related fields.
Strong background in B2B SaaS or healthcare software.
Must be located in the Washington, DC Metro area.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies, JIRA, Confluence, and Figma.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data research tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
