TL;DR

Business Development Manager, Venture Capital (Fintech): Growing hirify.global's network and deepening relationships within the venture capital ecosystem with an accent on partnering with key venture capital funds and industry actors. Focus on developing strategies to convert relevant firms into preferred partners and driving non-linear referral motions to increase referrals.

Location: Must be based in New York, NY or San Francisco, CA

Salary: $225k - $245k OTE in New York City, NY and in San Francisco, CA

What you will do

  • Create champions for hirify.global’s Venture Capital products within the investment management ecosystem.
  • Identify and develop new long-term relationships to grow hirify.global’s network and business.
  • Coordinate and work alongside Sales and Marketing teams to activate mutual books of business.
  • Develop and execute strategies to convert relevant firms into preferred partners.
  • Represent hirify.global in the field, meeting with current and prospective partners and attending industry events.

Requirements

  • Significant knowledge of the venture ecosystem and funds.
  • Relevant network of contacts within the community, specifically encompassing venture funds, and accelerators.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.
  • Demonstrated history of working cross-functionally to drive solutions.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS business models.
  • 4-8 years of relevant Business Development / Partnerships or industry experience.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience managing relationships with high-profile ecosystem partners.
  • Understanding of private equity, fund administration, and/or investment management.
