Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $64,350 – $101,500. Eligible for discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards.

What you will do

• Lead and manage end-to-end change management strategies for SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and broader digital transformation programs.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, communication planning, workforce transition, training strategies, and organizational readiness.
• Conduct change impact assessments and readiness evaluations to support effective adoption of new systems and processes.
• Partner with client executives and project teams to integrate change management activities into program delivery.
• Identify and mitigate change risks and adoption challenges.
• Contribute to practice development through thought leadership and consulting solution development.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• 5–7+ years leading full-scale OCM initiatives for SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC programs.
• Strong experience developing OCM strategy, stakeholder engagement, communications, and readiness plans.
• Experience with SAP Enable Now or WalkMe.
• Proven client-facing consulting experience.
