What you will do

• Own the technical roadmap for the GTM tech stack, ensuring all tools are integrated into a cohesive, scalable ecosystem.
• Engineer automated solutions to reduce friction and increase team velocity across the lead-to-cash lifecycle.
• Design and maintain data pipelines between disparate GTM tools to provide a single source of truth for revenue reporting.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to operationalize new features and pricing models within internal systems.
• Act as the primary administrator for core GTM platforms, managing permissions, environment deployments, and technical debt.
• Translate raw system data into actionable insights regarding sales velocity, conversion health, and platform adoption.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in technical Revenue Operations, GTM Engineering, or Sales Systems.
• Engineering Mindset: A proven track record of building complex business logic and treating internal operations as a scalable product.
• Integration Expertise: Advanced experience with APIs, webhooks, and middleware to sync data across the revenue stack.
• CRM/Tech Stack Mastery: Deep technical expertise in Salesforce and a variety of GTM tools.
• Strong ability to design relational data models and map complex business processes into clean, automated system logic.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to translate non-technical requirements from our GTM team into technical specifications and vice versa.
