Location: Remote within the United States, based in Seattle, WA
Salary: $174,000–$220,100 OTE

What you will do
- Scale activation frameworks and build repeatable customer deployment plays balancing standardization and customization.
- Lead AI program strategy including change management, use case prioritization, and time-to-value acceleration.
- Translate technical challenges into adoption solutions and guide customers through platform usage.
- Own customer success plans, manage strategic relationships, and execute business reviews with executives.
- Drive platform adoption via champion programs, trainings, workshops, and dashboards.
- Build advocate networks and champion communities to foster customer engagement and success.
Requirements
- Must be located in the United States, preferably Seattle, WA.
- 5-9 years in customer-facing roles with Fortune 100 accounts, focusing on adoption in complex organizations.
- Strong technical aptitude and enthusiasm for AI with ability to translate technical concepts to business value.
- Experience in change management, enablement, and managing multiple high-priority projects.
- Exceptional executive presence and leadership skills with ability to simplify complexity and foster champions.
