What you will do

• Lead end-to-end AI platform and customer experience development from roadmap to global rollout.
• Design prompt strategies, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails with engineers, balancing latency, cost, and accuracy.
• Act as technical translator for engineering and organization, establishing AI best practices and standards.
• Drive improvements in answer quality, satisfaction, and automation rates via experimentation.
• Collaborate with OpenAI partners to evaluate and deploy voice models and workflow automation.

Requirements

• 4+ years in management consulting or technical product management at fast-paced startup
• Deep interest in modern LLM systems for regulated production environments
• Comfortable with technical discussions on API design, system architecture, and tradeoffs
• Familiarity with SQL for data-driven decisions and hypothesis validation
• Systems thinking to translate complex concepts for any audience
