Location: Remote (Home Office) from US locations: Olympia WA, Austin TX, Albany NY, Sacramento CA. Ability to travel up to 25%.

What you will do
- Define and execute AI solutions roadmap aligned with go-to-market priorities, partnering with Field Sales, Customer Development, Solutions Engineering, and Professional Services.
- Identify high-impact AI use cases across sales cycle, customer success, and field operations from opportunity identification to renewal.
- Partner with IT and Business Strategy to evaluate, pilot, and scale AI tools for customer-facing teams.
- Lead solution design workshops and discovery sessions with field leaders to co-create AI-driven workflows.
- Build governance frameworks for responsible AI deployment and track KPIs for adoption and ROI.
- Serve as AI subject matter expert, create enablement materials, and manage third-party AI vendors.
Requirements
- 10+ years in solution management, strategic programs, sales operations, or related in B2B enterprise tech.
- Proven ability to design and implement AI or advanced tech solutions in go-to-market context.
- Experience with AI tools like generative AI, Copilot, Glean, CRM AI features.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills across Sales, CS, Product, IT.
- Exceptional executive communication to translate AI into business value.
- Demonstrated program/project management in fast-paced global environment; BA/BS required.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with SaaS, networking/cybersecurity, enterprise sales cycle.
- Experience with change management (e.g., Prosci) and large-scale tech adoption; MBA preferred.
