What you will do
- Collaborate globally with cross-functional, multi-national teams to design and implement customer-specific solutions
- Leverage deep product knowledge to solve complex technical challenges as a subject matter expert
- Advocate for customers by understanding their unique challenges and driving operational improvements
- Apply innovative problem-solving to develop and optimize solutions ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Influence large deals and customer workflows to impact business success
Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise customer-facing experience
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Deep understanding of value-based selling methodologies
- Strong teamwork skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Experience creating and delivering engaging demos and presentations
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Mandarin or Korean to support diverse regional clientele
