Senior Procurement Specialist (Technology)

What you will do

• Partner with stakeholders across international and US business lines to deliver sourcing solutions for technology and indirect services categories.
• Lead competitive RFx processes, including requirements definition, pricing models, financial analysis, and risk assessments.
• Develop negotiation strategies and manage technology, software, data, and professional services contracts through execution and renewal.
• Drive cost savings, value creation, and return on investment across third-party technology and services spend.
• Manage supplier onboarding, due diligence, risk, compliance, performance measurement, and quarterly business reviews.
• Collaborate with IT, Legal, Risk, Finance, Directors, Procurement Analysts, and business leadership.

Requirements

• Experience in strategic sourcing, category management, finance operations, and analytics, particularly within indirect services procurement.
• Strong contracting and negotiation expertise covering SaaS software, professional services, and third-party data agreements.
• Knowledge of supplier contractual provisions and regulatory requirements.
• Understanding of the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay process, including requisitioning, sourcing, contracting, onboarding, invoicing, and payment workflows.
• Experience with procurement technologies, analytics platforms, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Ability to build effective stakeholder partnerships and sustain strategic supplier relationships.
