Senior Sourcing Lead (Electrical & Electronic)

What you will do

• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and supplier relationships for electrical and electronic or hardware, hinges, and miscellaneous metals categories.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies that optimize cost, quality, delivery performance, and supply chain resiliency.
• Negotiate supplier agreements and collaborate with cross-functional teams on operational and strategic objectives.
• Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, and business needs to identify opportunities and mitigate risk.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that improve supply chain performance, responsiveness, and total cost of ownership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, strategic sourcing, procurement, or operations preferred.
• Project management skills, including planning action steps, meeting deadlines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and managing multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and fact-based problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing business circumstances and build effective internal and external relationships.
• Minimum 15% travel.
