- Advocate for customers internally by providing data-backed feedback and trends
- Directly impact customer experience and company growth
Requirements
- 1-3+ years customer-facing experience focused on retention and account strategy
- Experience managing complex retention and upsell with negotiation for $20-100k ARR accounts
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, small team environment managing multiple projects
- Ability and willingness to travel onsite to customers as required
- Process-oriented mindset with ability to leverage AI and tooling for improvements
- Strong organizational skills and ownership mindset

- Experience in FinTech, AML, or fraud
