What you will do

  • Manage daily partner relationships and ensure successful execution and adoption of hirify.global solutions.
  • Support joint growth plans in partnership with Account/Client Executives and internal teams.
  • Coordinate onboarding, enablement, and monitor partner performance.
  • Address risks and escalations while serving as the partner's internal voice to improve solutions and experience.
  • Focus on enabling partners operationally and positioning them to deliver value using hirify.global's data and analytics.
  • Support partners across multiple markets and time zones within North America.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the United States
  • 5+ years experience in account management, customer success, or relationship management in indirect or partnership models.
  • Experience managing complex client or partner relationships and translating technical concepts into actionable insights.
  • Experience working with data, software, analytics, or technology-driven solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Willingness to travel to support partner engagements and milestones.
