TL;DR

What you will do

  • Serve as a key member of the Enterprise Client Team, building deep, trust-based relationships across the organization.
  • Develop and execute tailored account strategies that align client business objectives with hirify.global eVestment’s solutions, driving measurable value and platform adoption.
  • Lead regular in-person meetings and business reviews in NYC, proactively identifying opportunities for growth, risk mitigation, and partnership expansion.
  • Act as a platform and subject matter expert, advising clients on best practices, new features, and industry trends to maximize ROI.
  • Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure client feedback informs product development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Oversee complex onboarding and solution integrations, ensuring seamless transitions and rapid time-to-value.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in enterprise client success, account management, or strategic consulting, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or financial services.
  • Proven track record managing executive relationships and delivering results for large, complex organizations.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; comfortable engaging with C-suite and senior executives.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities; adept at translating client needs into actionable solutions.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the NYC metro area for client meetings and events.
